    sed (obviously). Sold 'as is,' but playable (opinion). Soundpost repair patch and plate cleats (see pictures) that all seem to be very  well done (opinion). Signature in it. Who knows. It is no doubt very very old (opinion). I am no expert but only play them and have had many violin.
    Purchase this pretty inexpensive... but it seem very old... so good guess it is 18th Century and perhaps a Banks. I'm no expert. I would keep it... need to minimize.
