Vintage Violin. I’m explaining the best I can , It’s a copy of Jacob Stainer the case is very worn and the strap is broke the case is badly scuffed up
I have a violin that my fathers father left me it saids it a copy of Jacob Stainer the case is worn I was told the case was bought after the violin the case has patent 1902!my grandfather lived to be about 90 he died probably 40 to 50 years ago I was told it belonged to my grandfathers father the violin is very pretty looks like maybe it might have been repaired or refurbished at one point but not in my lifetime sold as is .Sold as is I’m not a violin expert. The violin is 23 inches long.
