Vintage Violin John Juzek 4/4, Made in Prague, Signed, Original Case

Description

Vintage John Juzek Violin, 4/4 or 23 1/2" in length, signed. John Juzek, Made in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Good vintage condition, all 4 chords are loose or broken, scratches/marks/stains present, 3 fine tuners are missing, chin rest not attached but is in good condition. Tail piece is loose, needs resetting/tightening. No cracks or splits in the wood. Inside label reads "John Juzek, Violin maker in Prague, Made in Czechoslovakia", and it is signed "John Juzek". No date or serial/model number found, but the label stating "in Prague" dates it as pre-World War II and actually pre-1938. Post World War II instruments with the Juzek label state "formerly of Prague".
Original bow included, needs to be re-haired.  Frog and screw are broken off of bow.
Original case included with a black hard outer shell with general wear and tear with scratches, stains, and rips. Only one lock works where the other two are broken and missing parts. Inside the purple felt has stains and tears. See pics for condition.
