    Description

    Here's a good sounding violin made by Sebastian Götz in Germany with what is probably its original bow. It has a new set of strings, new bridge, and fitted pegs. There are plenty of marks on the top and a few on the back, but no cracks or repaired cracks. The shading is not like seen on other Götz examples, a bit darker. The bow has a very minor 2 or 3 degree twist and may not be usable. The case is certainly usable, beautiful interior, leather covered, worn around the edges, but very solid and, I think, very kool.We'll start it a low price and hope that it gets close to the appraised value.
