    Description

    Vintage New York State yellow License Plates, pair in used condition. Plate no. 686-JPW.  Plates have some scrapes/scratches/paint chips due to use. Mounting holes have wear. Back side of plates are clean. PLEASE NOTE: One of the plates has a painting error on the upper left and lower right (see pictures). These plates were state issued in this condition.
