    MESSAGE" ... don't know what it is because it has not been peeled away. There's other V messaging on the ad. The other side says "Welcome to the Dawn of a New Day" and is an ad for the "Visitor's Peace Ambassador Program." The 7 1/2" x 10 1/2" has been removed from a magazine - it has an uneven edge on one side as you can see in the photos. Otherwise it's in MINT CONDITION.
