This is part of the Space Ace arcade game, and you will need the full size arcade cabinet to play it.  This will not play in a commercial laser disc player, you must have the vintage arcade cabinet to play.  I have made no attempt to clean the optics, this is left to you if you choose to clean it.  I have no way to test this disc, it is sold as-is.
This is a key piece if you are restoring a vintage Space Ace, or if you are adding the Space Ace game to your Dragons Lair cabinet.  Ships well protected in an oversized box.
