Sega SUBROC 3D Original Full Size Arcade Game - works great!

Description

This is Sega's "SubRoc 3D". This is not the little cardboard toy model you can buy at wal-mart, this is the real deal, original coin operated machine that you played as a kid. This particular machine was built in 1982 by Sega, and was their 'torpedo' game, basically you look through the periscope at the screen and shoot torpedos at the boats and planes. You can look up and down, and move to the left or right, and fire. The early Sega sounds on this are very cool, it's fro the time period that Sega released "Turbo" which was a classic. This machine has just had it's monitor rebuilt and works great.
It still accepts quarters, or can be played for free with the keys of course. The sideart looks great on this machine for it's age, and there is a step that can be pulled out on the bottom so smaller children can stand on it to see through the periscope. This game originally had a "3D" feature with motors and things inside the scope to block your view, but at some point that was removed by the operator and the game just plays normal without the blurred 3D screen.
