Old German Vintage Violin Made of Spruce, Maple, And Ebony w/ Case & Bow
I do not know much about violins and do not claim to be an expert. If you should have any questions regarding the instrument then feel free to ask and I will do my best to respond. This Violin has been appraised at ,600. Comes with everything shown including the appraisal letter. Please see the letter for the best available information on this beautiful violin.
The description reads: "The top plate is of spruce with wide tight grain. The two piece back plate is of maple with narrow flame which descends slightly from the center seam. The ribs, neck, pegbox, and scroll are of maple which is similar to the backplate. The fittings are of ebony. The violin is in very good condition and repair and has a current replacement value of ,600 (two thousand six hundred dollars). The case is a 'Bobelock' and has a replacement value of 0."
