This is a touchscreen for a Megatouch Force Radion.  It is called 15", although the actual measurements are slightly smaller.  It will work with ALL Megatouch Force Radion games.  The Radion is the only Merit product that has EVER used this touchscreen.  And, unfortunately, they are getting pretty rare.  Merit's price is now over 0 for these, and who knows what they will be in a few years when Merit gets down to their last few.
The only work you'll have to do to this is tape it to the monitor, and splice the 2 power wires.  This is very easy.  Brown to Brown, Orange to Orange.  Or, if you want to go directly to the power harness, Orange to yellow, brown to black.  Plug it in to the touchscreen controller, and you are done!
If your tube is going dim, now might also be a good time to replace that.  You've got to get the machine mostly apart to get to the touchscreen.  So buy them both, do it now, and you shouldn't have to worry about it again!
