Fine Leon Pique Silver Mounted 4/4 Violin Bow.
A very fine playing bow made by Otto Hoyer in the 1920s. Hoyer worked with Eugene Sartory and stamped many of his bows Leon Pique to indicate his French training. He is the most regarded maker of the Hoyer family. The bow draws a large, warm, expansive tone. A joy to play, in very good condition, no repairs to the stick, very beautiful figured wood. The weight is 57 grams.
