    Description

    Marc Laberte French Mirecourt full size violin labeled "Copie de Antonius Stradivarius Cremonensis Faceibet Anno 1721." Also has the Laberte workshop labrl that reads "A la Ville De Cremone Atliers Lutherie." Violin is full sized, doesn't have any apparent cracks or structural defects, but varnish is lightly cracking (see photos). Includes a Mirecourt style coffin case, and a nice old french violin bow that is unbranded; albeit it is finely crafted from exotic wood. Bow is 29 inches and weighs 55 grams and is also presumably made by the Laberte workshop. Also includes new set of Thomastic Dominant strings, tailpiece, old bridge, and new Despiau Bridge. The case has a crack on the top.
