Beautiful NOS Embossed Steel Booster License Plate TIGRIS SYRACUSE NY SHRINER. This beautiful license plate is New Old stock and comes with the original paper sleeve that it came in. My guess is that this heavy steel embossed license plate is from the 1950s or 1960s. It weighs a little over 8 ounces.
