Up for sale is an Acer exhibits Hi-end full on show display center, modular booth with up to 4 display towers w/ separate electronics computer and monitor hookups, 1 main desk with additional shelving for samples / literature, one support desk with 2 display racks, up to 30’ feet wide wood and glass panel back wall, power inverter, 1 small and 1 large curved sign holders for company logo display, two rugs (and padding) on pallets is included.
Description:
This modular booth is capable of being assembled for a 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 20’, 10’ x 30’, 20’ x 20’, 20’ x 30’ or 30’ x 30’ sized floor space, and is capable of being assembled into an island, corner or inline configuration depending on the trade show floor layout.
Most of the components incorporate an interlocking feature that is locked via a simple Allen wrench tool supplied with the booth. All cabinets are lockable, for added security of giveaways, computers, badge scanners, etc during non-trade show hours. Almost all of the display cases, signs and wall structure have available lighting systems to install. All 4 towers have a literature rack, see-thru display case with 2 shelves (total of 3 levels of samples can be displayed when you include the “tabletop” part of the case). Universal flat panel monitor mounts and wiring are on the towers, with the cables running to the base of the tower where a small PC can be setup to play DVD’s or Flash presentations on the screen (computer cabinets includes integrated/powered cooling fans).
The main desk provides seating/standing for 2 to 3 people, and plenty of desk space for badge scanner (rented at the show), product samples, giveaways, business cards and literature. Additional plexiglass shelves can be added (included in the crates) for additional shelving.
For island configurations, an additional desk assembly with optional vertical display rack is included as well (with 2 choices of racks to install). For corner and in-line configurations, the back wall is modular, and can be assembled to span 10’, 20’ or 30’ across. Signage and lighting options are included.
All components are “broken down” to fit into 5 large crates constructed specifically to house the various modules. In addition, a 6th “mini” crate is used to house things like literature, computer hardware, samples, lighting. Various schematics are included to provide users with visual representations of the different configurations available along with instructions on which pieces fit together to properly assemble the booth. Blueprints of the original plans are included as well.
This entire display center is carefully packaged in a custom wooden crates set up thats included and comes with the entire offer.
