This is an audio L-Pad not just a simple potentiometer.   The L pad ensures the arcades amplifier always sees the 8 ohms it is expecting to see no matter the position of the volume knob and  is large enough to never burn out.  You will get no added distortion and there will be no added stress on your arcade's amp.
Includes large retro style volume knob and optional labeled panel.
I designed this kit to make installation as simple as possible.
TOOLS NEEDED (not included):
Phillips screwdriver
Drill with 3/8" drill bit
12mm wrench
Installation:
1: Unplug arcade from wall.
2: Remove screws from the cabinet panel with the joystick and buttons.
3: Remove screws from plastic cover on back side of this panel.
4: Unplug the plug labeled "SPK"
5: Plug the harness into the "SPK" plug and "SPK" wire.
6: Drill 3/8" hole in cabinet where you want to mount the volume knob.  Make sure there is adequate room for mounting where you want before drilling.  The cable is long enough to reach anywhere you want in the cabinet and the volume knob can be mounted into any of the thinner front or back walls.  Secure the L-Pad using provided nuts and washers.
