RETURN POLICY: Due to the fact that this item is quite heavy (33lbs/15kg shipping weight) and factory sealed, returns are not accepted. However, the item is backed by a full 60-day manufacturer’s warranty direct from Arcade1Up. Therefore, any post shipment issues can be resolved by contacting Arcade1Up directly.
OPTIONAL (FREE) PRE-SHIPMENT TEST (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST): The buyer can request a pre-shipment test of the item prior to shipping (this must request must be received within 12 hours of purchase. If a pre-shipment test is requested, then (once the buyer’s payment has been processed) the seller will (gently and carefully) open the factory sealed box and verify the functionality of the arcade machine (this includes, powering up/down the unit, an LCD test, buttons test, joystick test, as well as verifying the loading/launching of each game. After the unit is verified as fully functional the item will be (gently) repacked and re-sealed into factory box. In the (highly unlikely) case that a defect is encountered, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will be given a full refund.
NOTE: In order to perform these tests the temporary screen protector must be partially torn away, however, this is a non-issue since the temporary screen protector is designed to be discarded during the un-boxing phase (by the buyer) in any case.
Please understand, this is an optional free service and will only be performed upon request (and if the request is recieved within 12 hours of purchase). Finally, any post-shipment issues would need to be handled directly with the manufacturer (See RETURN POLICY above).
