Used violin, bow and case
Anton Becker copie Antonius Stradivarius 7705 Germany 3/4 violin:
Cosmetic damage with scuffs, scratches, nicks, a small chip off one of the points on the body, worn finish on the fingerboard (you can also see where there was tape in place to mark finger positions), melted varnish on the body.
No apparent cracks, seam separation or structural damage.
Scroll in good shape - 3 of the pegs look newer than the fourth.
Good condition strings, bridge, tuners, nut, tailpiece and chin rest.
Some kind of adhesive remnants on the end where the tailpiece attaches (front and back) - something (??) was attached there and then removed.
Missing sound post.
K Holtz FG bow:
Worn finish in places from use.
Good hair and structurally sound.
Suzuki violin case:
Outer case has scuffs, scratches, nicks.
Good hinges, but one of the latches is broken (missing part of the lower piece) - the other two latches keep the case closed so it is still functional.
Inner lining intact in good condition.
Nice sturdy handle.
