Antique 4/4 Violin Dresden Germany with bow & case 1898 cool C PICS

This is a 4/4 size Dressden / Germany violin from 1898 in very cool worn condition. The violin looks near ready to play but needs a chin rest , the strings are excellent condition flat wound violin strings , the bow is marked Germany and has " X / I on the octagonal shaft , bow looks straight and has no hair. The violin has ornate tail peice and is marked in pencil with unreadable name but you can make out the 1898 , the sound post has a string on it for easy removal and replacement , the body looks to be over laquered or refinished , the headstock looks carved , the top is in form an no cracks to speak of , case is nice but has crunched at the top , still shuts works and looks good , the neck is straight with solid neck joint , looks like glue or laquer has dripped inside violin , after all is said n done this is one very cool looking violin and probably will make someone a great player , c the pics .
