they are from aprox 2001-2010
not sure exact date
they are real dmv government issued expired new york license plates
they are definitely more than 10 years old and are expired
the plates where issued to me personally
they are in good overall condition some marks and scratches and dents (see pictures)
i am sorry to say i do not know the rules and regulations as far as using the plates
they are sold as a collectible only
