This game is in good condition and includes the original box and manuals. The game appears to work. I tested it out with batteries and the lights and sounds work as well as the controls. It does not include an AC adapter. No batteries are included. The box has wear and damage as shown as well as the manuals.  The flap on the end of the box has also come off
