This plate also comes with a copy of a photo of the plate on the original family vehicle, a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr, 4-door convertible. Pretty awesome!  This plate would look stellar on an old classic car such as a Ford, Chevy, or Mercury.

1953 is a year that New York issued a single plate, therefore, no 1953 pairs were ever issued, nor are pairs required for registration of 1953 plates on vehicles today.
