very nice unrestored 100% original New York license plate pair. 1951 base.  uncommon four-character variant.  14 x 6 inches; black legend on yellow background.  completely straight and flat, with excellent original paint as seen in the photos.  fresh out of the barn!
this pair is not eligible for the YOM program, as the plate number is in use elsewhere.  a lovely item to add to your collection.
