1950s New York State Engineers Association License Plate Topper Bronze Heavy

This item is 100% all original. I have not even attempted to clean it. See the close-up photo, as that tells the whole story as to condition.
Size is 6 3/4 inches high by 3 3/8 inches wide, which is a bit smaller than most New York toppers of this style. The metal is about a quarter inch thick. It has a beautiful dark patina.
