1946 New York NY Nassau County license plate HM early issue Low # 86

Description

This license plate is from Nassau County, NY (HM) county code from what we could find....plate is roughly 13 1/2" by 6 1/4" and in good condition with no real damage, but rust and use....(PLEASE VIEW IMAGES FOR DETAILS OF CONDITION)
The plate is HM-86 and single only and from 1946....and has a small metal tear above the '6'
